This PSA 16″ 5.56 Nato Upper is Mil-Spec and Includes a M-16 Bolt Carrier Group and charging handle.  Upper is a forged 7075-T6 Flat Top with a Hardcoat Finish and M4 Feed Ramps.  Barrel Included on the Palmetto Upper has a Nitride Finish, Carbine Length Gas System and is chambered in 5.56 Nato.  The Handguard is a 2 Piece Classic Carbine Length Handguard in Black Color.
