These are AR-15 6061 Type III Hard Anodized Billet Lower but there is are some visual imperfections that doesn’t meet our standard of quality. Aside from the issue with color or marks, they perfectly in spec, mil-spec lowers
Blemished products may include – plating inconsistencies, color variations, scratches, dings, or the mag well was re-broach.
These do not qualify for bulk purchase discounts, due to the fact they are already highly discounted.  The lower replacement plan discount code does not apply to these as well.
Blemished lowers are a final sale item only.
